Hi, I’m Nicolas Kadis, the founder and lead web developer behind Texolve Business Solutions. With over 6 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions for clients in the Financial Services, Office Leasing, Media Advertising, and e-commerce industries, I’m passionate about creating modern, scalable, and efficient web systems that drive real business results. As a boutique agency, I handle each project personally to ensure top quality.
My Background
Ever since I was a kid, I was intrigued at idea that you could create something from scratch that people all over the world could see and interact with. Through my early years as a university student, I experimented with different programming languages and platforms, and have gained experience on both Laravel and WordPress, both of which I have been using on personal projects.
After earning my BSc in Computer Science from the University of Essex (with First Class Honours), I began my career as a web developer and technical consultant in the UK. I’ve led development projects for leading organizations, mentored graduate teams, and driven the implementation of innovative systems both as a consultant and as an in-house developer. Notably, I designed and developed a bespoke C2C service platform as my university final-year project—featuring robust security, payments, and messaging systems.
My technical expertise spans Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows), modern web frameworks (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Laravel, WordPress), and DevOps practices. I hold multiple Salesforce certifications, and I’m dedicated to best practices, documentation, and clear communication throughout every project.
